Reptiliandude: There has been an orchestrated campaign to spread disinformation and negative propaganda about my species and those others you would label as ‘reptilian’ for thousands of years. In fact, it’s ingrained into you at this time.

The rationale behind this is simple: If and when this quarantine is lifted, you will not be able to readily associate with other humanoid species such as yourselves for fear of cross-contaminating the worlds of other species similar to yourselves. Do you really want to bring something the equivalence of smallpox to another primate primate-based species?

Of course not.

As such your first extra-solar travels to other worlds will be with species that are not as susceptible to your own diseases. Since you’re not even close to accepting insectoid species on an equal par with yourselves that leaves species likened unto my own. Or in other words, ‘reptilian.’

Such early relationships will develop strong interpersonal bonds between us as well as cross cultural exchanges extending those deep friendships into the realms of preferential trade agreements, political treaties supporting local and regional interests and even permitting missionary activities between our respective peoples of faith.

The most common religion on my world is uncannily similar to your own Christianity making we Naigaje the preferred choice to introduce your species to the rest of the cosmos. The Kayeen know this.

Your friendship with species such as myself as well as our requests to visit to what you call “The Holy Land’ would no doubt endear us to you.

Imagine if you would crowds of polite, modestly dressed ‘reptilians’ thoughtfully holding close to our breasts our little prayer books and walking the streets of Jerusalem. Such things would cause a religious revival and an interest in pondering the meaning of it all.

These are all such things your saboteurs want to avoid.

Such friendships would cause them to lose political and social power in this unhealthy, materialistic, (and dare I say ‘inhuman’) dynamic your society seems so encumbered with.

Forty years is the best framework for your species to work within.

Humans are notorious procrastinators, so I didn’t want to tell you that it wasn’t hopeless.

There are indeed ways of answering the beacon afterwards, albeit with greater difficulty as there is a mechanism inside the particle ‘respond-er’ that revolves and locks into place like the cylinder of a revolver.

Within the ‘cartridges’ of those ‘respond-ers’ are particle ‘clocks’ of a sort that keep in time with groups of stars the way that the hands of mechanical clock are broken into hours, minutes and seconds.

It is much easier to be heard when the timing of the search is in sync with the clock comparing its own data with anomalies discovered in newly acquired data.

Consider the way that someone with a telescope might scan the night sky for supernovae. It’s just a small patch, but if the timing of the astronomer is just right, they’ll discover something anomalous that wasn’t there before. These cartridges rotate on a schedule that is flexible but predictable.

The necessity in this is in part because the beacons travel into different areas and the so-called ‘laws’ of the universe are in reality just acquired habits. This is an extremely difficult concept for those indoctrinated in some current schools of thought to accept. The response to such statements are nearly always indignant and dismissive.

But there are numerous examples of such things even close to your own star system.

And when such uncomfortable things are discovered, they are usually handled the same way.

Flyby anomalies such as those encountered by Galileo, NEAR and Pioneer 10 and 11, once determined to be without explanation are then sent over to the camp of human hubris where the unschooled promote the notion that all things have nearly been resolved, but that further details must be drawn out before the final assessment can be tallied.

And of course, it’s an assessment that never comes.

But the fact is, your ‘laws’ of physics are based upon habits established by a universe in a constant state of flux. Even more troubling than the ‘respond-er’ of the second beacon being re-calibrated towards other world systems, is that the Consortium have a plan outline for the human species that is also within a forty year span.

The Consortium have plans in place to chip you like animals.

Their intention is to support a fiat system of credits and to do away with cash altogether.

The purpose of this system is to be able to essentially control and silence any who might seek to answer the beacon thereafter by locking out their ability to buy food, fuel and rent. If you can’t pay your power bill, well… There goes access to the charger at home.

These chips will also have GPS locators in them so that your location will be known at all times.

Suffice it to say that there is a window of opportunity to make your lives easier before your enemies make things much more difficult for you. Those are my main concerns regarding the time frame to answer the beacon.
