Were you to actually answer the beacon, depending upon the mood of the Assembly and the societal conditions here, you might even receive an answer from an ‘ally’ using ‘grass-roots’ methods.

To communicate with them you would have to use number sequences representing ‘shapes.’

Eventually, a new language would develop contributed to and created by two distant worlds.

The reason I’m saying this is because there are multiple paths for humanity. Many are those unaware of your plight.

But sister stars assist in ‘match-making.’

Your future is dependent upon the societal controls you wield upon yourselves.

If you deny the existence of free-will and create external controls which limit those things that make you unique and interesting…

There is no reason for this partition of the simulation to continue without interference.

For you will have abandoned your birthright and given it to another. That is unacceptable.

Your ‘currency’ is your own.

Reptiliandude: If you can learn to use the indivisible and the infinitesimal to speak in real time, you will be reclassified as a species.

The Consortium cannot operate without laws and regulatory statutes. The classification of species and their disposition fall into these statutes. But, there is much wealth invested here and much more to be gained. In addition to the standard business model, the human species is on the path to being ‘written over’ once again; albeit in another form and in a manner wherein others may share in the profits gained through such activity. The key is to learn to speak in real time before you are chipped like cattle. Then, you may have the opportunity to represent yourselves by that leader who spearheaded (or financed) the movement to make this technology possible.

I am not confident that you will develop this technology in time. As it currently stands, there is one among the children of Israel who has examined the possibilities of speaking in real time and he is quietly seeking discreet allies to assist in the disproving of his theorem according to the scientific method.

However, despite such a one’s existence and labors, It is this dragon’s opinion that it will take more than simply answering the beacon to secure your liberty.

You must ‘pulse’ the Fibonacci Sequence so that all may hear your ‘voice’ and all may be without excuse. The laws against the exploitation of such species who have reached this level of communication will then be made even more evident in vigorous denials among advocates of your continued exploitation, as they seek to oppress and to obfuscate in the name of their own unbridled greed.

During this time, if the Assembly operates true to form, there will be no opposition on the matter for perhaps forty-two months of your solar time, so that those continuing the exploitation will again be without excuse.

According to the oral tradition of my species, the Assembly has in the deep past taken what a world considers to be its ‘week’ and divided that in half, extending it into a yearly window. In Earth’s case, that would be forty-two months or three and one-half years. During this period of what would appear to be ‘indifference’ on the part of the Assembly, the sleep of many ‘kings’ shall be troubled by strange and frightening dreams.

Insomuch, that the voices of elders ignored and left forgotten shall once again prevail.

They shall press hard against the Consortium, but to no avail; finally fleeing from it that they may save themselves from the full measure of what is to come.

At the end of this respite, That which reasons with fire and the sword shall once again revisit this place, for you will have called upon Its name not as a tribe, but as a species.

Those who rule this world through many deceits shall behold the stammerings of their wise as they attempt to deny the fractures in the reality they have deluded themselves into believing themselves to be the lords over.

The blood of innocents shall flow through their fingertips and fall upon the sand as they marvel at an ocean turned to blood.
