Who is this ‘Seven’?
reptiliandude: Generally speaking?
The ones who assisted in the rebuilding effort after the cataclysm.
There were some primitive submarines among the human societies wiped out and those living in them found their way to the inland primitives and they tried (sometimes successfully) to teach them how to rebuild.
But these intrepid scientists and soldiers had to stay underwater at night to avoid any trouble among the overly curious indigenous inhabitants.

reptiliandude: It depends on which area you’re talking about.
Conflicts still hadn’t been entirely resolved.
My own kind massacred all the Kayeen we could find who had escaped towards the southernmost parts of the Earth.

The only eye things he has discussed are;
The eye of Ra or eye of Horus, which means they’re watching us.
The eye covered up by celebrities which means they support the Consortium, though most are unaware of its significance.
The eye in the triangle on the dollar bill that again represents aliens watching us.
Eye implants that allow them to see through our eye…a big reason to avoid chipping.
In each case, aliens are watching us. Therefore, I believe the significance of the eye on the moon represents from where they watch us.

(Edit) You first say that the 7 are those that assisted in the rebuilding of humanity. You name a few remaining humans at the time that had primitive subs as one group, your own species as another group so then who are the 5 other groups?
