In your own words, what is sin and why is sin powerful enough to deter/dissolve our relationship with Our Heavenly Father?

Does sin exist for the sake of balance in the universe? The same model of yin and yang?

Where does sin originate from? Wasn’t sin one of the gods of Mesopotamia?

Is there really such thing as an unforgivable sin?

Similar to music, we all emit a vibration/frequency/waves/energy, etc. Depending on our vibration, we can resonate in Heaven/Pre-light Realms, Elysium, height of heights, light of lights, etc. Many names for eternal paradise…

I feel as if suffering is needed to evolve and learn about ourselves. The same way The One, Jesus Christ had to suffer for the sake of knowing His creation. He now understands our physical and emotional pain.

Throughout this entire cosmos, there are countless beings that are suffering and die from pain under the beaming sun. Pain is pain, right down to the brain. I trust that humanity will unite and realize their true value as divine sparks of the Heavenly Ineffable Father/God-God/The Unknowable God, etc.

Well, it just doesn’t make any sense if you think about it. This isn’t Monsters Inc. I mean, when you eat food the stomach breaks things down so you can gain nourishment. How can something gain nourishment through causing it pain and suffering? That’s just bloody stupid. Psychopaths cause pain to others because they lack the ability to process empathy and so the power vibe that comes from putting others down feeds their narcissism. But it isn’t a form of electrical power or physical sustenance.

“Sin” just means “Missing the Mark.”

The word has its origins in archery. Think of it not as something to beat yourself over the head over, but as trying to hit a bullseye by shooting an arrow or to run a race and beat your previous time.

As for what constitutes “Sin….”

You have to examine that the concept of “Sin” is something that isn’t exclusive to the current misunderstood “Biblical” interpretation that pumps money into a bureaucracy sustained by fear, shame and guilt.

You have to look into the origins of it from much humbler beginnings, prior to it being “institutionalized.”

Let’s go back.

In the ancient world, many kings ruled like warlords in the Congo do today.

They raped, they murdered and so on.

Even a good king often sired a family line that deteriorated into a rule by a compete shithead a couple of generations down the line.

But most kings knew not to mess with people who belonged to religious groups, because when things got intolerable, one or more of those individuals would try and assassinate the king.

That is because it is nearly impossible to adequately deal with a fanatical killer who forgoes an exit plan.

Add to this that an entire city could rise up against him in great number and you’ll see why people codified certain reckless and cruel behaviors as abominable to God in their religious codes.

So it was that a smart ruler avoided angering those “faithful” who practiced humble and clean-living faiths.

These “faiths” were like the quiet kid in school you just didn’t want to pick on.

As for clean-living faiths…

The Jews for example, possess many health and safety codes in their religion that came about from observation.

Gay men died often.

They died from complications arising from Hepatitis and from kidney infections.

Since there was no knowledge of microorganisms this was attributed to the wrath of God and elevated into a religious edit prohibiting it so that the rulers of the ancient world (see Ancient Greece and the pederasty they held as high culture for example) would leave them alone and so that they wouldn’t die of infections or be overrun by cultures that embraced things like sacred prostitution—“How many daughters in your family, Sir?”—and the inevitable destruction of a child’s mind that comes from introducing any kind of sexual behavior too early.

The same socially destructive things happen when foolish dietary practices are encouraged by a fat and lazy priesthood who haven’t seen fit to encourage humanity to preserve food with anything but salt.

This is true in the case of eating raw or undercooked pork (trichinosis) or bacteria-ridden shellfish some of which can actually kill you if eaten raw at the wrong time of the year and so on…

These rulers had holidays to various gods and sacrificed various meats and incorporated practices that would actually offend the sensibilities of people today.

One such ritual involved various temples in different time periods drawing daughters from the public as young as 12 for entertainment purposes to the nobility who were often infected with sexually transmitted diseases.

So if you wanted to keep your beloved children from getting infected and dying, you had to explain that such things were forbidden by your God.

That is the origin of most “Sin.”

It was created to protect the common man from the selfish excesses of the nobility.

So it is that “Man” (or, mostly men) make religion, and “God” plays along.

As for the Hebrew being God’s “chosen people…” To anyone whose actually read the Tanakh— the 24 Books of the Hebrew ‘Bible’ which incorporate the Torah (teaching), the Nevi’im (prophets) and the Ketuvim (writings)—one comes to the inescapable conclusion that they were not “chosen” for any particular form of ingrained righteousness, but because they demonstrated unique survivability traits.

From Abraham lying to Pharaoh that Sarah was his sister to Jacob using deception to lie to his father Isaac and steal his brothers birthright—oh, the list goes on…

So it was that the Hebrews were able to come out of the ancient world and its self-destructive antics reasonably in one piece albeit, sometimes the worse for wear as Judaism is a rather depressing religion (except for Purim) and doesn’t avail itself to the marketability of an Islamic or Christian faith; one being Hebrew-free and the other being Judaism-lite.

Hebrews often have large families and it isn’t unusual to find one of the brothers is a physicist while another is a pornographer.

Where our belief in the One comes in, is that most religions develop incorporating one form of solar paganism or another, which eventually extends itself into the social order through one religious bureaucracy or another whilst society learns on its own through various blunders resulting in that special head trauma that declares without question what it can and cannot do.

God knows this.

He also knows that sometimes you have to let people fail or miss the mark, because they, being made in His internal image (self-consciousness, free-will, and the two sides of a necessary switch that turns empathy on and off) are stubborn and given to much rebellion if they don’t discover the error of their ways on their own.

The reminder of this is incorporated into his long-suffering “Son,” who despite grievous offenses on multiple worlds in multiple forms never neglects to remind him that forgiveness is in His “Father’s” divine nature, especially when those creature are so bloody stupid that they can’t conceive that often what they are doing is self-destructive and breathtakingly stupid.

“Father, forgive them for they know not what they do.”

So is a link made to the worlds via the shed blood of this One.

And such a thing represents a common ground where species from different evolutionary lines can appreciate and realize that we are not all that different.

So it is that our war against the Kayeen represents a form of “jihad” for we reptilians.

For they hide from humanity the terraforming of this world hundreds of millions of years ago by that Assembly that salvaged it from a frozen wasteland where all hard-earned life was dying out and one in which these foreigners seek to overwrite a species visited and sanctified by this One who is common to us all.

That One who we in our ignorance offended when we so violently overthrew the progress of those before you, who had used the power of steam to conquer from the seas but had given their daughters to these Kayeen in exchange.

As for what constitutes an “unforgivable sin?”

I would say driving people away from God by claiming that he is some sort of a psychotic who tortures people in an eternal fire if they don’t “believe” in him is one of those sins.

The “Lake of Fire” people referred to back then is what my kind refer to as the “Hammered Bracelet” and what your kind currently refer to as the “Milky Way.”

Or at least that is what the arm of those stars looked like from a planet bound perspective.

Even the Christ of this world said, “In my father’s house are many mansions.”

These “mansions” represent different zodiacal “houses,” the perspective of each would be unique to each world.

Such knowledge was at one time promoted by the early church, but was suppressed by those who sought to use the faith and its similarities with Mithraism to save the Empire that was Rome.

Bear in mind that all religions start out as cults, but not all cults become religions.

Nearly all religions eventually join forces with a benign state but not all people in those religions agree with the marriage, hence the necessity of religious reformers.

France and the Church prior to the revolution is an example of nobility and a religious institution and a corrupt state system gone awry.

One must look into the past before the institutionalization of a religion to truly appreciate the metaphors contained therein.

So, I’ll like to share with you an interesting find on our origin of being called “Earth”. You mention how we have different perspectives according to our Zodiac houses, “mansions”.

Adding to this, Earth is supposeldy known as “The Home from Afar” and our relationship with Dagon.

Was Dagon also En.Ki? And did En.Ki, Lord of the Earth, actually taught us about fire, technology, science, history, etc.?

Dagon or Oannes was “a fish god who imparted great knowledge to the people. He taught them how to build cities.

He also taught them math and geometric laws, and was credited with giving them all the knowledge that they would ever receive.

That is because the Mediterranean can get quite cold and a ‘wetsuit’ is standard equipment for the sensible.

When you are dealing with ‘savages’ who have just underwent the worst environmental upheaval in tens of thousands of years, the best place to avoid their thievery and hunger is beneath the waves.

The civilization before that Great Lion whose face was ‘written’ over developed steam power and made many vessels of wood and bronze.

Those who could travel beneath the waves could hide from the ambitions of their enemies and sink their vessels.

These were nothing like the submarines of the Germans in WWI, but were more akin to advanced versions of the USS Monitor, albeit made of wood, bronze and pitch.

They could travel a few meters below the surface and that is all that was needed anyways.

These vessels were the Air Force One of their day and were used to flee the fires and the environmental upheavals which occurred nearly 13,000 years ago.

This planet’s environment suffered tremendously for nearly a thousand years after the multiple impacts which struck it.

Your current understanding of world history is a lie.

Your ancestors were given a legacy built by others whose proud lands were reduced to island chains by rising sea levels due to melted ice because of this catastrophic event.

The many stories of your global flood come from this.

For people lived near the sea to trade goods and services and when the sea levels rose from the melting ice they were lost beneath the seas.

Much of your information about ‘the gods’ is but cargo cult reactions to things after so great a cataclysm.

They felt that the gods were angry, and when those from the seas rose up in ‘great fish’ among them, they could only assume that they were messengers.

Even more so when some of those messengers were not of the same appearance of the others, but resembled those likened unto serpents who had mated with fierce birds or men.

emperorbma: I think the main point with Christian focus on sin and repentance is to become aware of the precursors to the selfish behavior of the elites indulge in our own missteps of life. A cheating wife leads to a jealous husband who wants revenge for the betrayal. Likewise a meddling husband can become overbearing and abusive because of misplaced jealousy. The purpose is understanding the homeostasis of goodness and the imbalances that produce evil behavior. Unfortunately the unscrupulous priest often distorted this message into a cash cow. One reason men like Luther are great is that they call out this abuse and oppose it.

EDIT: the Hell thing is a huge morass to discuss but I think it is better to characterize it as leaving the final judgement to God. The Bible can legitimize 3 basic positions: eternal Hell, annihilationis or afterlife reconciliation (purgatorial universalism) or some combination thereof. I think the hinge is defining faith correctly. It is God’s grace working in the person, not a work of lips saying sham words of “I believe” with no transformation of the heart. In those terms our judgement is hindered because we can only judge actions not hearts. Anyway the Blasphemy of the Spirit as we Lutherans define it is willfully opposing the work of God to reconcile and opposing their own repentance being brought about by His Spirit even when standing in judgement before God. It is definitely a fertile territory for debate I guess.
