Beyond the Toll Booths: Consciousness as a Supercharged Network
This dialogue contrasts the visceral fear of psychedelic-induced “possession” with a broader vision of consciousness as an interconnected, information-sharing engine. While the human perspective remains wary of the vulnerability and “zombie-like” states associated with substances like DMT, the opposing view dismisses these fears as self-imposed “safety guards” designed to keep humans productive, compliant, and confined to predictable paths. By framing DMT not as a drug, but as a universal molecule that “supercharges” the intake of information, the argument suggests that societal taboos are merely “tolls” enacted by those who profit from a restricted reality. Ultimately, the struggle is depicted as an evolutionary choice: remaining a “stick-wielding human” within a controlled grid or bypassing the ego to access a vast, cross-species network of shared intelligence.

question: Doing DMT is kinda scary too though. I’ve watched videos on YouTube about people under that substance and act like they are being possessed. Scary stuff lol. And if it’s true then holy shit… Talk about a bad trip. I’m good.
reptiliandude: What’s so scary about it?
If you take DMT you just meet other ‘people’ taking DMT who just have a better handle on it from a lot further away.
ACuriousHumanBeing: That fact is not so readily apparent to us. The substance has been largely been successfully banned and hidden, and often what we’ll see are youtube videos on the subject akin to that Law of One book I know you love so much and video of people’s bodies being really cranky.
The result is a fear instilled into us about drugs, and a lack of safety pr ritual on how to take these drugs. The result being this fear and naivety. Your basically teachin abstinence only people that maybe abstinence only kinda sucks.
question: The fact that you will have to endure a bad experience and be vulnerable at the same time to beings if it came to that is concerning lol. Apparently people who are high on DMT forget that they took it and believe what they see as real. The following video is an example of what I’m talk about.. I personally didn’t watch the whole video as I don’t mess with anything to do with demon possession, just the first couple minutes when that individual was speaking in tongues or some shit like that lol. That’s what’s scary about it, Glycon. Plus I’ve heard of people going into a zombie like state… The contagion is a scary thing.
reptiliandude: Always with you it is like I am arguing with a recalcitrant teen.
DMT is not ‘The Contagion.’
And those who take it do not undergo ‘demonic’ possession.
You have to get past ‘yourself’ and the safety guards placed there by the determinations and requirements which you put on your own evolutionary path so that you can function effectively and complacently as a good, productive little stick-wielding humans.
You bottled up your fears so that you could concentrate and do ‘one thing’ well, because the things that scared you as you as you accessorized your ‘motor’ brains were far too distracting.
If even a bacterium can pass on critical information to others unlike its own kind, how much more can consciousness accomplish the same thing linked to a commonly shared molecule that acts like a supercharger would to the intake manifold of that engine?
Just try to keep your wheels on the road.
And ignore the back-seat drivers who keep on telling you that there are no other streets but the ones they’re profiting from.
They like to map out boundaries and grids that they can charge tolls for.
question: Not confusing DMT with the contagion if that’s what you mean. Just saying psychedelics might not be for everyone is all. smokes his weed
Edit: “stick wielding humans” XD. But I understand what you mean, Glycon.
