Question: Question for RD: you mentioned that evidence has been submitted which proves we have been manipulated and messed with, why then are we still expected to rise up? If its evidently clear we are actively being blocked, why isn’t the whole process void?

Reptiliandude: The focus of the audit isn’t to determine ‘if’ you are being manipulated but ‘how’ and ‘to what extent’ of such manipulations you can be extricated from without negatively affecting access to product or causing an unacceptable reduction in shareholder value.

We are profoundly interested in what effects would come into play were your quarantine modified to allow more sensory interaction with your own environment.

We are also interested in what results could be achieved through long term investment in a humanity at least partially aware of their contributions to the overall inter-world public good.

This is not to imply that such a relationship would place you on an equal footing with your investors.

Only that it would raise the bar and give you at least some voice to register concerns, opinions, objections and complaints in how your genetic and core resources are being utilized.

Question: Forgive me if my interpretation is wrong, but doesn’t that mean we basically remain slaves (with benefits) regardless of the outcome?

You’re more like ‘children’ who aren’t yet mature or responsible enough to comport themselves at an event designed to accommodate adults.

But…

If you demonstrate a commitment to fulfilling your chores in a responsible manner and pass your basic driver’s training you’ll be permitted to travel across town.

There really is no shame in sitting at the kid’s table when you’re in fact an actual kid.

Garbotalk: You sound like a burnt out principal at an over crowded inner city school full of under performers.

I once asked you if you thought of us as children, trying to mold us and encourage us toward a better future. You laughed and told me how horrible we were, that no one cared to nurture us in the universe. We were on our own.

I would love to see the older races take on responsibility as mentors and good neighbors, showing us the way forward with empathy and patience as mature species ought to do.

But I’m too busy trying to survive the onslaught of illnesses dumped on me by them.

I’m rushing to have a family and positively influence my kids, and maybe at least a few of their kids before my time runs out. Since I’ve been genetically modified to self destruct by aliens, it’s not looking likely, though.

I’m over worked and under paid, wondering how the hell I’m going to afford health care if I have to stop working if I get very sick, much less even consider retiring. At least the Consortium is profiting off me!

sometimes you need to vent in order to feel better.

Besides, I think this is venting even the Assembly needs to hear. Like hell I’m gonna let us be forced into a boot camp right after we’ve just had our freedom. Good lord, at least let us have a nap or something. Like guys, give us a break…geez.

Edit: Eh, I think the Assembly will be resposible, and that it will be empeathetic. More so than the consortium ever could be.

Reptiliandude: Try to understand that the appearance of the Assembly may well be a traumatic thing.

I doubt that the Consortium will abandon their investment without a fight.

Time and hubris causes many to forget or to underestimate the terrible strength of the Assembly once they have committed themselves to a decision.

They are merciless in their resolve and demonstrate their command of the nature of matter in ways some species may find, ‘disquieting.’

Suffice it to say that this ‘dark matter’ which you call it is a poor, misleading and inadequate explanation for what it really is.

Better for you to simply call it ‘dark gravity.’

But gravity must come from a source, mustn’t it?

It is an unexplainable gravity about six times stronger than what the your knowledge of localized Newtonian physics can allow you to discern.
