Valuing the Cosmic Petri Dish: Algorithmic Currency and the Human Response
In this expanding forum discussion, participants debate Reptiliandude’s challenge for humanity to prove its worth beyond being a cosmic Petri dish by answering ancient stellar beacons and developing an information-based algorithmic currency. As users like Lunar_Lander1, Garbotalk, Firstladytree, and LampsPlus1 weigh in, they grapple with what constitutes true value—proposing human creativity, artistic expressions, dreams, and biological knowledge. The conversation shifts toward collective action and immediate strategy, with community members organizing to spread information, study critical fields like biology and physics, and target key institutions near research hubs to decode the clues before the dwindling window of opportunity closes.

garbotalk: If the general public can’t see it, won’t that defeat your purpose of disclosure to the masses?
.
Reptiliandude: Nope. Look at what happened here when you expressed irritation that the thread had vanished.
As if on cue, an Icke-ian drone pops up like a whack-a-mole and accuses me of “contradictions” thinking the thread was no longer available for inspection.
What contradictions?
The fact that I’m not a monster?
That we are not the ones trying to take over the world?
That I gave an accurate description of myself that doesn’t fit into a 1960’s Lizardman comic?
Proof?
I showed you a stela that is thousands of years old.
I pointed out what the constellations were on it and that they point to an eighty year window of opportunity for a bunch of shit tossing monkeys to speak to the ones holding the keys to their cage.
But the monkeys can’t conceive that the only thing they have to bring to the table is an amazing immune system.
Put your money where your mouth is. Literally…
Answer the beacon. Put together an information-based algorithmic currency.
Show that this planet is so much more than a cosmic Petri dish.
Lunar_Lander1: Hello all,
I step in for a question if you agree:
What kind of information is the most valuable to integrate in an algo’-currency ?
I could see many which are to some extent (at least for “us”) but I could also see a point where all information is accessible at least to ours consciousness (to my present knowledge) via the shared (at least human) in this fractal creation…
Joke: … beware of the petri dish!
garbotalk: Any information we consider valuable would work. Recipies, blue prints, farming techniques, stories, songs, you name it.
The fact that they get much of this for free from our internet makes it a little harder, but their societies back home would be willing to trade in kind.
Lunar_Lander1: it’ still unclear.
I take a great pleasure to see an universe in each grain of sand, it’s information.
Dreams and thought are too.
And they must have already processed many of our technical knowledge, so may be artistic one ?
It must be some type specificly human creative work I suppose, or at least earthly related.
But as Exicleus said it rightly:
” Sometimes it is hard to determine value until it becomes valuable in needing to know”.
In any case I’m happy about an information based currency because knowledge is the only thing wich grow when shared.
Lunar_Lander1:
I think I had a thought:
What if “speaking in real time” is only mastering the “energetic” (for lack of a better word) state of the meditation (or D M T / psychedelia states), where our thoughts are being realised ?
So our currency will be when connected to others beings through this plane we can exchange thoughts, think, dreams and such ?
But if it is such it’s seems quite an evolutionary step to acquire this mastering to be utilised at will, in real-time… and to do it in less than 40 years.
A little clue here RD’ please ?
Firstladytree: Can we offer like 10% of our future currency profits to whoever helps us answer the beacon faster? Some sort of incentive?
Since it seems like whoever helps us is also hurting their own pockets at the same time
garbotalk: Well, there’s Venus…
Firstladytree: I didn’t think that was ours to offer?
OGMIOS14: This still confuses me.
It’s like we have little say in this matter and are expected to go along with it cuz it may be our only shot at freedom (facts).
garbotalk: Some may consider it a good trade. 🤗
ACuriousHumanBeing: One cannot trade what one never had.
garbotalk: No, but we could voice our approval of their plan now, which could be referred to in the future when we do have the capability.
LampsPlus1: I vote yes!
But seriously, how can someone like myself with no power or influence help?
Firstladytree: Go to school and study biology and physics. That’s what I’m going to do. Have an appointment with admissions office tomorrow
LampsPlus1:I get that in order to sell it, you have to understand it but I meant something more immediate, more aggressive (not in a bad way).
Firstladytree: Spread the links online
All it takes is the info reaching ONE person who can understand his tips and clues to answer the beacon. We only need one person to understand how to accomplish this. ONE
LampsPlus1:Thanks. My gut is telling me it will take a village but I hear what you are saying.
I live near CalTech in Pasadena, California. I will start to do some research on who might be the best person to approach.
