The Squeaky Wheel: Navigating the Information Tap

In a candid exchange, community members reflect on the learning curve of engaging with high-level intelligence, likening their curiosity to the relentless questioning of a child. Krisptreats acknowledges the habit of asking previously answered questions and expresses a newfound commitment to searching archives first, while noting the “cryptic” nature of the responses received. This sentiment is echoed by Garbotalk and explorer1357, who describe the process of “bombarding” the source with questions to test parameters and “open the tap” of information. The conversation shifts toward a speculative comparison of human intelligence—measured by rudimentary metrics like IQ and EQ—against the Naigaje, pondering how advanced sensory capabilities would necessitate vastly superior cranial processing power compared to the human brain.

krisptreats: im noticing alot of my questions have already been answered before so ill make a habit to search first before asking a question. thx for your patients and replying whats already been answered.

it kinda feels like RD and Garbo is my mom and pop and im the 5yo that cant shut up with all the questions. and the more i get to know there is a realization of how much i dont know, resulting in an explosion of more questions.

i feel like the answer that RD gives is cryptic sometimes, i assume its because of the parameter, but i do like your style on how you sprinkle it in.

i wonder at this current state of human intelligence would compares to the Naigaje. we use IQ/EQ to measure our intelligence and i could imagine even that might be a rudimentary method of measurement for an advanced species.

and if a specie were to have more or advanced sensory capability the brain would need more computing power separate from reasoning and intelligence.

so how much of a difference is there in cranial processing capability between humans and your kind?

garbotalk: I have asked RD thousands of questions, many of them multiple times if he ignores them. I’m the squeaky wheel, you know?

I find that if I ask a bunch at once, he will answer one, maybe two. Sometimes I number them. I swear, he is a drippy faucet. I wish he’d open the tap.

krisptreats: lol same thing for me… my plan was to bombard RD with questions and cast a wide net and maybe ill get an answer or two… and if there are questions that he doesnt touch that would give me an idea of what his parameters are.

explorer1357: I think is a human thing, to post a wall of questions out of excitement and curiosity – and it may tend to annoy him??
