Fieldlilly: So… you posted this link a few places. Is it that you want us to take ourselves less seriously or something else?
Reptiliandude: I do not want this knowledge I have shared with you to turn into a ‘cult.’ I want you to remain renegades and have fun with it while living your normal lives. Think of the Consortium as the Klan in that scene of the movie. Think of yourselves as the two men plotting to liberate their little part of the universe as they examine their situation from the high ground with a sense of humor and purpose. You are the undisputed underdogs… But, you have the capacity to forge strong alliances among those who shall find themselves rooting for you should you excel at those things that make you uniquely ‘human.’
Explorer1357: Are you at least gonna say bye to us or are you gonna like, just stop replying in a few hours?
Reptiliandude: I’ll probably say goodbye. I need to make sure that this information isn’t absconded with by the next nickle and dime-a-netics sort of fellow. And… You get the chance to ‘find’ me again. Albeit, in a more ‘influential’ capacity.
I need to keep my own from chaffing at the bit. Lots of my fellow ‘sticky-beaks’ have discerned who I am… or, at least what I was. My kind are worse than Scientologists when a ‘thetan’ returns to a world of interest.

PrinceWizdom: Garbo. We were always alone. None stepped up to help the species in this forgotten corner of the multiverse. Reptiliandude: (To Garbotalk) I will speak to you in private. It is extremely important that this information does not fall into the hands of those who would use it to make me out to be something other than the fallible creature that I am.
ACuriousHumanBeing: Indeed. I like knowing you as a flawed being. It makes you real.

Reptiliandude: Yes. And therein lies the danger. Which is why it was critical that someone who could be trusted to set an example be the sole auditor. My stand against ‘cultishness’ and never allowing this information to be used as a means for personal promotion or acquisition has been the primary concern.
You must understand your situation. I cannot be chargeable to any of you. This is the will of those who dwell in that darkness which puts the labors of each photon to good work. I have done as I was instructed. So that this message remains, at least at its very source, incorruptible. For all of us are being weighed in the balance.

ACuriousHumanBeing: And yet because it is the internet and sharable, it is also powerful, and may reach out all over here and the rest of the universe. Hence why this information must be treated carefully.
Fieldlilly: What do you mean by ‘chargeable?’
Reptiliandude: ‘Chargeable’ is like when someone in law enforcement charges you with a crime of some sort. You may be innocent. But the fact that your were accused or ‘charged’ is enough ‘evidence’ to support their confirmation bias. Both evangelists and de-vangelists shout from their high places and each passes the ‘collection plate’ in their own way. But because of this, the dissemination of truth suffers and people’s hearts are hardened.
I cannot allow that to happen with this information. I’m the real deal. Do you honestly think that I want to be known or believed by large swarths of people? I have serious doubts that anything good could ever come out of that, but detainment, interrogation and experimentation. And if not for me, then for those who have sought me here to see if the rumors are true at what I have become.
So, do not focus upon me, focus instead upon the message. It is absolutely critical that you learn to speak in real time and pulse out the Fibonacci sequence. (Leave out the Zero in the beginning, it will only lend itself to confusion. Just pause the sequence for a bit longer than the regular spaces between the continuous run). Resist the chipping of the human species. For you will be handing over your birthright for nothing more than a bowl of gruel.

Fieldlilly: So, you elaborated quite a bit about dogs in another thread. How about cats? I get that they may not be as evolutionally tied to us, but they do have a special relationship with us, no? I find it interesting that they are the only other widely domesticated pet. I also find it interesting that we have so far not discovered a common ancestor for large and small cats… in fact the fossil record stops about 11,000- 13,000 years ago.
Didn’t you say that the mammals on your planet weren’t the cuddly things we have here? I think I also remember you likening fighting a female of your species with fighting a mountain lion. Would love some elaboration if you can give it.
