Apostastrophe: Greetings, ShyeeJanut.
Firstly I want to thank you and your people for your efforts and actions recently and in the time to come.
While of course motivations are always a complicated matter, I am hoping that regardless, what you plan to do can only help us achieve what we must in order to escape the violations of the Ael’Kayeen. Additionally, I wish to thank you personally for respectfully acknowledging our sentience and as such, giving us this invaluable opportunity to communicate with you.
I know I don’t speak only for myself and while not for everyone, I imagine more than a few in general when I say I am truly honoured to be able to make contact with a member of your race. While our corrupt governments and elite may be less than egalitarian, and highly sinful in their behaviour towards others, I hope you will come to see that there are a number of us, that while individually lacking in the same resources and power, are open and welcoming to other forms of intelligent life. I personally respect life in all forms, and refuse to even partake of products created from animal flesh. I welcome you to our planet, as I would any other being who does so non-aggressively, and should you ever want to know of anything regarding us, I’d be happy to try to help if it is within my power. The majority of us are very different from the Siriv and morally bankrupt leaders installed by the Ael’Kayeen.
To everyone else: I believe that 1 1 2 3 5 8 13 21 34 is the universal mathematic name of god, recognised by all sentient species. When we create the technology to answer the beacon, this is what we should attempt to communicate. Our plight is a complex issue, and while our language is clearly not too difficult to be analysed and learned for our advanced peers, when we are so technologically inept in the matter of “real-time” communications we need something simple, elegant and unmistakeable.
By sending a series of whole number pulses like this, the receiving species will have no choice but to respond. By communicating in real-time we not only take our place as an “Ael” species, but alert nearby races to our existence, sentience and undeniable position as a species worthy of independence and respect from others.
While some races know about what is going on, they don’t act for selfish or financial reasons. By sending this message, they can ignore it no more, and even if not the Assembly, we will force their hands into recognising us and helping us. At least so I hope.

Apostastrophe: Of course. I am sure there is great complexity in the representative position you hold, complexity in the ideas you communicate and complexity in the reasons that will be rather discombobulating for myself and others. I would hope, however, that you know that for those of us acquainted with the nature of this opportunity and the background information that he known as “ReptilianDude” or “Glycon” has shared with us, we will be making strenuous endeavours to attempt to understand all you say regardless.
While the songs of other species may have notes, meter, tempo and harmonies unfamiliar to us, we will always try to listen to, appreciate and to the best of our ability understand what the music conveys.

I know that not all are feeling so benevolent towards species involved in the Consortium and not all are perhaps as lamely pacifistic and nicey-nicey as I am.
